Payment

At Sofa Cloud, we accept the following payment methods through our secure 2Checkout payment gateway:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • Local Payment Methods (available in select countries)

All payments are processed securely through 2Checkout. There are no additional fees when paying through our website. The amount will be deducted from your account approximately 48 hours after the order has been made. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

We currently deliver to the following Balkan countries: Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and North Macedonia. Delivery is made to the curb. If you are not at home, we can leave the order in a garage, carport or similar. Please note this in the comments when ordering. Our delivery partner will contact you via phone/text/email for booking the delivery time.

Recipient's Responsibility Upon Delivery

  • The recipient must be available on the provided telephone number.
  • The recipient must inform in good time about everything that may affect the delivery, for example difficult to access road, access code etc.
  • Corrections to or cancellation of delivery must be made no later than 48 hours before the agreed delivery time. If canceled later, an extra delivery fee will be charged. You will schedule the delivery directly with the local delivery company.
  • If, contrary to expectations, the recipient is not at home to receive the delivery, a redelivery can be arranged for an extra fee.

Force Majeure

We strive to always keep the agreed delivery times. Should we be forced to cancel a trip due to extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided, even if all reasonable measures had been taken, you will not be entitled to compensation. In the event of cancellation of delivery due to extraordinary circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and rebook the delivery.

By 'extraordinary circumstances' we mean: Situations where an event could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures. Especially in the event of meteorological conditions incompatible with the delivery route in question and security risks or strikes affecting transport.

Please, pay attention to the following:

Normal Wear and Tear

Wrinkles in the cover are a natural consequence of the use of your furniture. This can be remedied by washing/cleaning the fabric. Alternatively, you can order new fabric for your sofa.

Fading

Even the most color strong fabric will fade if exposed to sunlight daily. If the sofa is exposed to a lot of light, we can therefore recommend switching the cushions at regular intervals. We do not cover damaged floor/substrate caused by furniture. It is therefore important to protect your furniture with felt or felt shoes.

At Sofa Cloud, we are committed to acting attentively, conscientiously, and with care in everything we do. However, if you are experiencing a problem with your product, please fill out our complaint form. We will process your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Purchase / Return

You have a 14-day right of return when you shop at sofacloud.com. This means that you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your furniture.

The return must be initiated no later than 5 working days after you have contacted us about the cancellation. In order for you to make use of the 14-day right of return, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be made in original packaging and shipping costs are covered by the customer.

You are therefore welcome to try the product at home, but you must not use the product. If the item is used in ways other than what you would do with a new product, we regard the item as used.

If you wish to cancel or exchange one or more items, you must contact us as soon as possible via email: info@sofacloud.com.

You can cancel your order at any time before receiving the fulfillment email. After that, you have 48 hours to cancel your order.

Personal Data Policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Sofa Cloud, we need the following information from you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail

We register your personal data in relation to delivery of the goods.

Personal information provided by the customer upon purchase is registered and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. No information is passed on to third parties.

As registered with Sofa Cloud, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to Sofa Cloud via e-mail: info@sofacloud.com.

At Sofa Cloud, we comply with the GDPR regulations regarding the collection and storage of personal data.
